Vero is a flat-pack chair designed for a user who values warmth, clarity, and lasting connection to materials. It balances structural precision with visual softness, using angled joinery, dowels, and a suspended seat to create a form that feels grounded yet open. Developed through full-scale prototyping and iterative refinement, every part was considered not just for how it looked, but how it assembled, felt, and aged over time. The piece invites a calm, upright posture while maintaining a light presence in space. Vero was showcased at ICFF 2025 as part of my senior capstone, representing my ongoing exploration of furniture as both a functional object and a quiet expression of care.
